2016 to date

After the launch of the new TIM brand in Italy, we needed to develop a new verbal and visual language for TIM Brasil. In order to re-signify the brand, we aimed to surprise, modernize, and represent values ​​such as innovation at all points of contact of the brand, quality, and user experience, bringing customers always to the foreground. The new identity should be more human, close, simple and true. Where there is the TIM icon, there is connection.

In 2010, TIM started a repositioning process. An evolution that reinforced the potential character of the brand and broke the category codes, bringing the Blue Man Group to its expressions. Tátil faced the challenge of consolidating, in a single tool, strategic guidelines and language evolution. A Brand Book capable of aligning TIM partners across Brazil, generating unity, bringing strength to communication and helping to build a single TIM at each point of contact.
